Elicit, learn, analyze and document
the requirements of the ends users by utilizing interview techniques, document
and process analysis, use case building, user stories and user scenarios
Write Business Requirement Documents
(BRDs) and other technical documents that include use cases, process flows,
actor diagrams, business documentation, business rules, validations, and actor
descriptions to be used by software development and testing teams to develop
new products
Lead requirements analysis and
verification to ensure requirements meet business needs, are complete,
consistent and clear. Requirements Gathering
–
Work with the product team to
fully understand stakeholder’s requirements, key drivers and risks
Propose innovative solutions for new
products or product enhancements based on gathered requirements
Present functional requirements to
the engineering team and assist in the creation of technical stories
Work with the engineering and
product teams to make sure all functional requirements are met
Produce documentation for use by
both clients and internal teams
Act as a liaison between the
business end users and technology teams
What we
expect:
BS in Information Science, Business
or equivalent field of study
At least 3 years of
experience in business/system analysis in a software development company
Excellent written, verbal,
communication and presentation skills in Estonian and English
Collaborative approach
Problem solver
Strong communication skills
Familiarity of JIRA / Confluence or
other similar tools
Experience with user needs and user
driven development
Background in technical solutions
delivery in an agile environment
You understand development
methodologies and product life cycle
It’s beneficial to have technical
competence (code reading ability, SQL, UML) and familiarity with
Confluence/Wiki, JIRA; Visio, Enterprise Architect, Rational Rose, Agile
methodologies
Experience with working with SQL
and/or PL/SQL, with demonstrated working knowledge of relational databases, SQL
queries and scripts serves as advantage
Understanding of user interfaces and
usability serves as advantage
