What you will do:

  • Provide professional customer support by email
  • Resolve customer issues and queries promptly and efficiently
  • Document customer issues including resolution
  • Perform administrative duties, reports and projects associated with Customer Support
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the products and services offered
  • Meet department goals and activity metrics
