What you will do:
- Provide professional customer support by email
- Resolve customer issues and queries promptly and efficiently
- Document customer issues including resolution
- Perform administrative duties, reports and projects associated with Customer Support
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the products and services offered
- Meet department goals and activity metrics
